Alandra Mothorpe

Project Manager

Alandra Mothorpe has over 10 years of experience in the aquatics industry. As part of the operations development team with City of Plano, TX, she conducted training and lifeguard classes, and managed a staff of up to 100 during peak season. Alandra also has experience working at private clubs and hotel pools where customer service and guest safety are top priorities. As an employee of the American Red Cross, she consulted for and grew the Licensed Training Provider program before advancing to the role of Lifeline Specialist where she served as a subject matter expert and liaison to the senior community. Alandra continues to promote health and wellness in the senior community hosting events and educating on healthcare products and services.

Alandra earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She holds certifications in Lifeguard Instructor, CPR/First Aid/AED, Aquatics Examiner Administrator.
