Sodium Bisulfate

Sodium bisulfate (solid tablets) is classified as a corrosive solid. 1,000 lbs. are allowed in most jurisdictions per control area and the storage quantity can be doubled when the storage space is sprinklered.

A sodium bisulfate tablet system, such as Acid Rite, does not have the strong off-gassing characteristics or some of the same material handling or splashing concerns as traditional muriatic acid.

Solid sodium bisulfate doesn’t require any mixing into solution like granular sodium bisulfate does.
