Caitlin attended the University of Alabama, where she graduated Cum Laude with university honors and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in water resources and conveyance. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Prior to joining Counsilman-Hunsaker, Caitlin worked as a civil engineering consultant designing large capacity pipelines and pump stations. In 2017, she began coaching at the club team she swam on as a child in addition to her engineering work. Soon after, she combined her swimming and hydraulic engineering passions at Myrtha Pools, and now at Counsilman-Hunsaker as a Project Manager on the South Studio Team. Caitlin is passionate about the sport of swimming's newest members and has been coaching novice swimmers and teaching youth swim lessons as a lifesaving skill for nearly 15 years combined.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys traveling, baking, reading, and cycling around White Rock Lake in Dallas where she resides.
