Designed with you in mind, the HydroApps Facility Manager™ web-based application provides customizable checklists including photo documentation, water balancing and dosing, and records and reports for a completely paperless system for your facility management.

Facility Manager is the first-ever product or service to receive certification by the Council for the Model Aquatic Health Code (CMAHC), certifying that Facility Manager complies with the applicable standards and procedures outlined in the Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC), the only all-inclusive model public health code for public aquatic facilities.

Customization options allow the flexibility to tailor and add checklists to your facility’s specific documentation needs. Alerts enable users to be alerted to pool chemistry issues if tests are not within the correct parameters, to pool closures while referencing the MAHC for recreational water illness, and to documentation submissions such as in-service forms for staff or illness and injury incident forms which include pictures and facility zones.

One license includes all bodies of water at a single-site facility and supports unlimited users at the facility. Additional facilities and users may be linked together through additional licenses. Please select the appropriate number of licenses you will need along with the appropriate seasonality for each facility. Year round program instances may be utilized all year long. Seasonal instances may be utilized for entering reports from April thru September (reporting functions remain active all year).

    After looking at numerous software options, it was easy for me to settle on Facility Manager. The web-based app can be accessed anywhere, and is easy to navigate in creating inspection checklists and tracking in-services and incidents. My staff have found it easy to input water chemistry readings and complete their checklists, whether from a phone, tablet, or computer. Since using Facility Manager, I have been able to eliminate paper reporting and help achieve our department’s goal of reducing paper consumption by 20%, all while gaining easy access to reports right from my computer. Counsilman-Hunsaker and NSPF staff have made the transition to Facility Manager an enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend the app for all aquatic operators.     Facility Manager has transformed the inspection of Council’s sports and leisure facilities from a time consuming manual paper based system to an online automatic system that saves time and resources. Facility Manager has been developed to talk to other Council systems so once an inspection is complete the rest of the process is automated including sending emails to tenant sports clubs, logging maintenance requests and tracking job completion. A further benefit is the automatic reporting which has been customised to provide an overview of all inspections on a monthly basis and history of inspections for future reference.
