The Charlotte Country Day School retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to develop an Operational Business Plan for their proposed aquatic center. The purpose of this operational study was to develop an expense budget, identify revenue opportunities, and provide knowledge and insight on aquatic operations to assist the school in planning for their future aquatic center.
