The founders of Goldfish Swim School hired Counsilman-Hunsaker to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study to explore the development of an indoor 50-meter aquatic facility in the suburbs outside of Detroit. This initiative aims to give back to the swimming community in Michigan by providing a world-class venue for competitive swimming, training, and recreational use. Our study included an in-depth analysis of potential sites, demographic trends, and market needs, supported by extensive stakeholder engagement and community surveys to ensure the facility meets local expectations.
Counsilman-Hunsaker developed multiple design concepts for the indoor 50-meter facility, incorporating features for competitive events, training programs, and recreational activities. Each concept is supported by detailed financial projections, including project costs, attendance estimates, revenue forecasts, and expense analyses, ensuring the project's feasibility and long-term sustainability.
