The Every Jacksonville Child a Swimmer Organization retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to develop aquatic options for their current and future aquatics programming.

The research provided assisted the City in making decisions on future expansion of their current aquatic center, and to meet the growing aquatic needs of the entire community.

The City was in the market for an aquatic center that would support the aquatic lesson, competitive, recreational, fitness, and some therapeutic needs of the residents of Jacksonville, Florida.

The emphasis of this new facility would be to provide all ages the opportunity to learn how to swim and promote water safety
