Killeen ISD – Kileen, TX (Audit)

PBK contacted Counsilman-Hunsaker on behalf of the Killeen Independent School District to assess two existing aquatic facilities and determine their feasibility and compliance for hosting high school competitive swimming events. The district had already used the Boys & Girls Club of Killeen for meets and training on a lease basis, while the Armed Services YMCA served as an additional training site. Although both pools met USA Swimming and UIL standards for depth and water surface area, the assessment also evaluated other critical components necessary for successful competitions, including deck space, spectator seating, athlete locker rooms, and overall facility functionality.
