  • Targeted plaster patching and repairs
  • Installation of two ADA-compliant pool lifts with anchors
  • Replacement of the pool heater with a new Lochinvar unit
  • Upgrade to an AccuTab tablet chlorine feed system
  • Application of a new sealant joint around the pool perimeter
  • Addition of a retention basin for filter backwash
