Project Amenities

The HOA’s club house is home to the indoor aquatic center, which serves a multi-age user group and offers programs including learn-to-swim, water aerobics, adult lap swimming, technique clinics, swim parties, water safety classes, and family fun events.

In 2008, Counsilman-Hunsaker completed a facility audit for the existing 50-meter pool and provided cost estimates for renovation and/or replacement of the pool. Counsilman-Hunsaker was then retained as the aquatics designer for the redesign of the aquatic amenities. The innovative redesign of the aquatic center makes optimum use of the available space with an array of features.
