Rickwood Caverns SP (Audit)

The pools at Rickwood Caverns State Park in Warrior, AL, include a 4,900 sq ft multipurpose pool with a depth range from 3'6" to 12'0" and a 447 sq ft cylindrical tot pool with a constant depth of 1'0". While the pools are physically separated, they share a common filtration system. The exact construction dates are uncertain, but facility staff indicated that the multipurpose pool was built in the early 1950s, with the tot pool added later. The multipurpose pool has undergone multiple modifications over the years, and it has been recommended that both pools be replaced.
