The Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany is an innovative project created around medical, fitness, social and educational services with the ‘best-of-the-best’ health professionals collaborating to provide guidance and support to reach personal health and wellness goals.

The center’s integrative approach to wellness and design inspires a healthier lifestyle with a personalized approach. It is the place to join professionals, friends and neighbors for support and encouragement to reach the goal of making New Albany the healthiest community in the nation.

Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center leases the wellness center for personalized health care and injury prevention. Programming inside the wellness center is a collaborative effort between Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center, Healthy New Albany, and other potential partners.  Multi-purpose space is integrated for activities for all age groups and students with interests in health or medical careers will have opportunities to interact with Ohio State experts in a “real-world” learning environment.
