Twin Lakes Park Pool (Study)

The City of Columbia, Missouri, retained Counsilman Hunsaker to research seasonal aquatic recreation expansion options to complement the existing Twin Lakes Park.

The purpose of this study was to identify trends in community aquatic programming and develop a plan for the future of aquatics in the park.

Three outdoor leisure pool options were developed for review and consideration by the City. Amenities such as zero beach entry, participatory play feature, current channel, vortex, two body slides, drop slide, diving board, and underwater bench adult area were presented.
