Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained to complete a facility audit of the University of Arkansas HPER Pool.

Counsilman Hunsaker completed an onsite observation of the facility on January 30, 2004. The purpose of this facility audit was to review and evaluate the existing 50-meter competition pool and its related systems including pool structure, pool deck, pool mechanical and filtration room, filtration, recirculation systems, and chemical systems.

The audit report also identified the various costs involved with any modifications, replacements and/or additions that are required to escalate the existing aquatics facility to a standard that complies with governmental regulatory agencies, as well as meet the expectations and visions of HPER Pool.
