The University of Rochester commissioned Counsilman-Hunsaker to perform a facility audit at the Speegle-Wilbraham Aquatic Center. The audit identified items that are substandard, not to currentNew YorkStatepublic swimming pool requirements or not operating as designed. Counsilman-Hunsaker defined a course of action regarding the future of the pool.  In addition, an opinion of probable construction cost was provided for recommended repairs.

Aquatic Design and Engineering

Based upon the results of the audit, the university retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to assist with the repairs by designing and engineering the renovations to the pool which included the re-surfacing of the pool, along with a new filtration system, recirculation system, and sanitation system.
