The 33-story W Hotel and Residences is in Victory Park; the heart of Dallas, Texas and is part of a 72-acre master-planned urban development that incorporates a collection of high-end retail, dining, office, residential units, hotel rooms, and entertainment venues, anchored by the American Airlines Center where the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars play.
The W Hotel and Residences, which is across the street from the American Airlines Center, consists of two towers: the north tower which contains a combination of hotel rooms and residences, and the south tower which is exclusively condominiums. Included in the building design are two swimming pools and several fountains designed by Counsilman- Hunsaker. An infinity-edge pool available to both residents and hotel guests is located on the 16th floor of the North Tower while a residents-only club pool is located on the 6th floor exterior terrace of the South Tower adjacent to the residents' fitness center.
An infinity edged fountain is in the center of the motor court, and another indoor/outdoor infinity edged fountain is in the hotel lobby under the grand staircase.
