Village of Los Lunas (Study)

Counsilman-Hunsaker partnered with Sports Facilities Advisory and the Village of Los Lunas, NM, to conduct a feasibility study for a new aquatic center, showcasing our expertise in helping communities develop exceptional aquatic facilities. Our services included a comprehensive market and demographic analysis, extensive public engagement to identify community needs, the creation of multiple innovative design concepts for both indoor and outdoor spaces with detailed cost estimates, a thorough operational analysis with expense budgeting and fee structure recommendations, and a financial analysis to ensure long-term sustainability.
