Forest Grove Aquatic Center (Study)

Counsilman-Hunsaker supported PLACE Architecture to study options to renovate or replace the existing Forest Grove Aquatic Center. The aquatic center was constructed in 1967 and has undergone several renovations since it has opened. The study included an audit of the existing pools and physical structures of the aquatic center as well as several options for consideration including additions and renovations to the current pools and support spaces. Throughout the process, Counsilman-Hunsaker participated in multiple community input meetings and created a survey form to gather additional input from the community. The final report outlined two final options for consideration with several additions indoor and outdoor to the site and renovations of the locker rooms and other support spaces.
