Counsilman-Hunsaker supported KDA Architecture to prepare a facility audit and conceptual plans to renovate or replace the existing Franklin Pool. Franklin Pool was constructed in 1970 and was renovated in 1985. The study included an audit of the existing pool and physical structures of the aquatic center and proposed options for consideration including expansions and renovations to the current pool. Each option was presented with an opinion of project cost.
