The Lakeside Water Control & Improvement District #1 is 166-acre development within the extraterritorial authority of Pflugerville, Texas.  The community provides many amenities and retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to explore the costs associated with constructing a new outdoor aquatic center for its residents. Counsilman-Hunsaker prepared a study to evaluate the capital and operational costs for a future aquatic center to meet the competitive and recreational needs of the WCID #1 residents.
