Upper Merion Township (Study)

Upper Merion Township commissioned MKSD Architects and Counsilman-Hunsaker to perform a feasibility study analysis to study the existing condition of the Township Pool and develop renovation or replacement options. As part of this analysis, the team was contracted to identify and assess the need for a swimming pool complex renovation or replacement, develop several options for consideration that meet the aquatic needs of Township residents and plan construction and projects costs to build the facility. Along with the initial capital costs, the annual operating expenses and revenues were projected.
