Counsilman-Hunsaker was contracted to provide a Certified Pool and Spa Operator Course through the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago staff. The normally two-day course was provided in a blended learning format and was offered completely online due to COVID restrictions. The course provided a five-year certification to participants which focused on maintenance training of equipment, operational needs, local and state code enforcement, water quality, daily operations, and maintenance planning.
