The City of Belgrade retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to provide a feasibility study for a new community recreation and aquatic center. Counsilman-Hunsaker hosted community meetings with voting boards to determine the top priorities.
Two options were developed based on the community feedback. Phase 1 includes a 70,000 sq. ft. facility with fitness space, meeting rooms, an indoor 50-meter pool, and an indoor leisure pool. Phase 2 includes the addition of a gym, group exercise rooms, and arts and craft space. A business plan was provided for each phase.
