The City of Northport, Alabama commissioned the team of Victus Advisors and Counsilman-Hunsaker to study a future sports complex and outdoor water park within the city.  While the Northport/Tuscaloosa area has several outdoor swimming pools, the area is lacking a larger, regional water park. Counsilman-Hunsaker developed a space program, capital cost estimates and an operational analysis that detailed the projected annual revenue and expenses for the water park.
