Del Webb retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to review the pool mechanical systems for the four pools at the Club House. The four pools include an indoor pool and spa and an outdoor pool and spa. One of the main concerns were the pool heaters as they have consistently reached a point of failure prior to the end of their life expectancy. The audit assisted in defining a course of action regarding any necessary updates, repairs, or modifications to the pool, pool systems, and heaters.
