Desert Wave Aquatic Center (Study)

In January of 2020, Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained by Desert Wave Aquatics to conduct a feasibility study for the Desert Wave Aquatic Center. The Aquatic Center was originally conceived as a private venture; however, during the feasibility process, potential partnerships emerged. The study included an analysis of the potential market areas, Lubbock, and Wolfforth, needs assessment, project costs, and an operations analysis. The final study presented three facility options for consideration, along with detailed expense and revenue analysis.
