Fairfield Medical Center is a vibrant healthcare organization focused on providing exceptional healthcare to everyone it serves. The new 95,000 sq. ft. Fairfield Medical Center River Valley Campus opened in February 2019 and consists of a three-level, multi-faceted health and wellness facility that serves as a destination not just for patients, but all members of the Lancaster community.
The $30 million facility provides a combination of a community wellness center along with outpatient services, including a full-service emergency department with imaging and labs, women’s health services, and orthopedics. The orthopedics department utilizes the wellness area’s pool, indoor running track, and exercise space, so considerations were made for it to be placed adjacent. It adds to an existing surgery center with a freestanding ER, fitness center, and expanded space for specialties including orthopedics and women’s health.
