Fort Stockton ISD selected Counsilman-Hunsaker in association with Parker Smith Cooper to design the new natatorium to be used for hosting competitive swimming events and training for the high school swim team. The design team met with key stakeholders from the school district to research and prioritize the educational and program requirements that would be implemented into the new natatorium design.

The 22,000 sq. ft. natatorium facility houses a competition pool and space to accommodate 500 spectators. The facility is equipped with boys’ and girls’ locker rooms, showers and restrooms, an office, and equipment room.
