Located on the campus of Indiana University (IU), the Indiana Athletics Excellence is a state-of-the-art facility that provides a home for the Excellence Academy program, which is one of the most innovative and effective personal development programs in all intercollegiate athletics. The $48 million, 66,600 sq. ft. facility encloses the south end zone of Memorial Stadium called, the “Circle of Excellence”. This facility includes the D. Ames Shuel Academic Center, the Jay and Nancy Wilkinson Performance Center, the Dr. Lawrence D. Rink Center for Sports Medicine and Technology, the Hancock Hiltunen Caito Center for Leadership and Life Skills, and the Tobias Nutrition Center.
