Kroc Corps Community Centers (Operations Services)

Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained by the Central Territory Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Centers to provide aquatic consulting services for six community centers. Counsilman-Hunsaker conducted the following services: Aquatic Examiner Services including one Annual Lifeguard Operations Assessment and report and one unannounced on-site evaluation for each center; an analysis of the current Standard Operating Procedures manual including a report with recommendations for improvement; an analysis of the pool systems, air quality and mechanical maintenance procedures including a report with recommendations for improvement; and an analysis of all current programs offered by the aquatic centers including a report with recommendations for improvement.
