The new Lacy Park Pool is a replacement of the existing 50-year-old outdoor swimming pool located at the Lacy Park Recreation Center within Lacy Park. Located in the same spot as the existing outdoor pool to take advantage of excavation and utility infrastructure cost savings, the new aquatic center features a 5,800 sq. ft. multi-purpose pool.

In addition, there are multiple colorful shade structures on the pool deck adjacent to the existing recreation center that incorporates accessibility renovations and finish improvements to the existing locker rooms and check-in areas, along with a new accessible family changing room.
