Counsilman-Hunsaker supported Marmon Mok to perform an evaluation and feasibility study for the existing Olympic-size swimming pool in Kerrville. Several options were explored that considered repairing the existing pool, replacing the existing Olympic-size pool with a new outdoor leisure pool, and a third option for a new indoor pool for Kerrville. The study also included conversations with various area stakeholders, an examination of the demographics in the Kerrville community, and a revenue and expense analysis for the three swimming pool options.
