Ovation Seattle, located in the Spring Street North Block, serves as a community hub for concert-goes, public market shoppers, foodies, and residents. The project totals 770,000 square feet and features two 32-story residential towers with 565 overall residential units.
Along with 8,400 square feet of retail, office, and restaurant space, there are eight levels of underground parking for 387 vehicles. Residents have two large bike rooms, a package room, a gym, fourth-floor decks and dog runs, and roof deck amenities.
A landscaped woonerf, a type of road design that encourages various modes of transportation and blends pedestrian and vehicle space, splits the block and separates the two towers. A 1,300-square-foot retail bay faces Eighth Avenue, with the project’s three residential live/work units facing Spring and street level.
