In mid-2022, the Town of Parker, a HydroApps customer, retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to prepare a facility audit for the Town’s swimming pools and splash pad located at and near the Parker Recreation Center. Counsilman-Hunsaker met with the facility’s staff and later provided a sub-standard conditions report for the indoor aquatics center, outdoor waterpark, and splash pad. The report included an opinion of probable construction costs to address the conditions identified.
