Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained by Kidwell, Inc. to prepare a business plan for a new aquatic center and determine the overall viability of the aquatic center. Counsilman-Hunsaker provided a review of staffing levels, revenue and expense models and performed two market analysis in an attempt to determine the most suitable site for the aquatic center.
