Counsilman-Hunsaker performed an aquatic assessment of the existing condition of the six-lane, 25-yard lap pool and natatorium built in 1963. Based upon observations from the site visit and discussions with the owner/operation team, Counsilman-Hunsaker produced a narrative outlining the aquatic deficiencies of the facility, as well as an opinion of probable cost for recommended or requested facility improvements as well as an opinion of probable construction cost to renovate the HVAC system, the swimming pool, and locker rooms.
