The Mercer is a luxury apartment complex located in Lawrence Township. The facility recently completed a massive renovation on the complex consisting of remodeling the one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as renovating the outdoor pool. The upgraded apartment interiors offer high-quality finishes and thoughtfully designed floor plans. Outdoor amenities feature a heated swimming pool, scenic walking paths, gas BBQ grills, and an outdoor tennis court.
Project Amenities
The modifications to the pool consisted of reducing the existing outdoor free-form pool from approximately 2,500 sq. ft. to under 2,000 sq. ft. Renovations also included structure modifications, pool plaster replacement, and updates to the pool main drains. A new pool wall was constructed, reducing the footprint of the pool. The reduction of the pool water surface area will allow the complex to reduce the number of lifeguards required by code to be on duty during operation, which will significantly reduce their operational costs during the life of the complex.
