The Residences at LSU Health is a new student housing development on the New Orleans LSU Health Science Center campus. The building was completed in early 2023 and features 186 apartments and dorm rooms, secure ground-level parking, indoor and outdoor recreational areas, and a fitness room.
The building's amenities include a fitness room, a game room, a study lounge, a courtyard with a pool and barbecue area, and a rooftop terrace with city views. There is also a parking garage on the ground level of the building.
