The new two-story 89,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center at the University of Memphis showcases a dynamic wellness and recreation program for students, faculty, and alumni. It features a teaching and demonstration kitchen, weight fitness areas, a two-court gym with an elevated track, and various fitness studios, including TRX, CrossFit, Yoga, and Spin. Outdoor features include a recreation pool with a lounging shelf, an outdoor exercise terrace, and a basketball court.
