The City of Idaho Falls retained the team of AKM Architecture and Counsilman-Hunsaker to provide a facility audit to review the existing conditions of the Wes Deist Aquatic Center indoor pool. After several years of HVAC system issues, the city wanted a complete assessment of the building systems, structure, and pools to fully understand the investment needed to maintain the facility for the next 10 to 15 years.
