VIEW ALL PROJECTS

The City of White Salmon and Yost Grube Hall Architecture retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to develop an operational business plan for the proposed White Salmon Aquatic Center. The goal of the operational study was to develop an expense budget, identify revenue opportunities, and provide knowledge and insight on aquatic operations to help the White Salmon aquatic center recapture operating expenses, while providing the White Salmon community with aquatic programs. The report addressed an operational plan which optimizes revenue and serves the public, opportunities to drive attendance, and increased visibility and visits to the aquatic center.
