The Willow Creek HOA pool is an aging facility that was experiencing issues with water drainage and settling of the pool deck. The facility needed an assessment of the pool to determine which aspects of the facility do not meet code and require updates soon.
Counsilman-Hunsaker worked with Essenza Architecture and other collaborating engineering firms to provide a list of several facility components that were in substandard condition and require attention during a facility renovation.
