Established in 2015, Dulles South Recreation and Community Center is one of the largest community halls in South Riding, VA.

The center was completed in three phases. Phase I of the project, completed in 2008, includes classrooms, meeting rooms, multi-purpose and activity rooms, an indoor recreation area, restrooms, a catering kitchen, and offices. Phase II provides an 81,000 sq. ft. addition with recreation and fitness areas, an elevated running track, a competition and leisure pool, a climbing wall and program facilities. Phase III provides an additional 17,000 sq. ft. full-service senior center with office and program space, a small gymnasium, a large multi-purpose room with an adjoining commercial kitchen, an exercise and fitness room, classrooms, a game room, and a computer lab.
