The McCarren Park Pool that is located in Brooklyn, New York is set to reopen for the first time in 28 years. Orginally the size of four Olympic swimming pools, the pool complex has undergone a $50 million restoration. Today's aquatic facility includes "the beach" which features spray fountains and becomes a skating rink in the winter.
