Counsilman-Hunsaker was contracted to provide Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) analysis for the new Bridgeport Indoor Sports and Recreation Complex. The FFE analysis included analysis of the equipment required for facility operation and gathering quotes for products utilizing Counsilman-Hunsaker’s preferred pricing from industry partners and providers. Through partnership discounts, Counsilman-Hunsaker was able to save the facility over $4,000 in equipment costs.
