The risk assessment and Annual Operations Assessment included all aspects of the aquatic facilities including current policies and procedures, emergency action plans, documentation practices, rescue/safety equipment, and lifeguard zones. The in-service that was conducted addressed deficiencies that were noted during the previous visit. After each site visit, the client received a comprehensive written report that outlined the results to be used for improvement in their operations and training. These recommendations were based on industry standards, including the American Red Cross and the Model Aquatic Health Code.
