The YMCA of Greater Des Moines retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to evaluate the operation of the Mid-American Energy Aquatic Center at the Downtown Wellmark YMCA location. The operations analysis included researching the existing expenses and revenues for daily operations and budgets for hosting competitive events and the Marlins swim team. The goal of the study was to help the aquatic center run a more financially sustainable operation.
