In 2020, Counsilman-Hunsaker was retained to design the pool system for a private residence in Villanova, PA. The 12,000-square-foot private residence was completely remodeled after the purchase.
The pools in the basement of the residence include a lap pool, a spa, and a salt float pool. The basement area was designed to look and feel like a European spa with tile finishes throughout, a fireplace, a large chandelier, a candle-lit accent wall, and a bridge over the lap pool that connects the pool room. Other amenities include a steam room and sauna and a large shower.
