The City of Cleveland, Ohio and R.E. Warner retained Counsilman-Hunsaker to develop an Aquatic Feasibility Study to understand further the logistics of replacing their existing Forest Hills Swimming Pool. Three concepts were developed, each featuring an outdoor leisure pool, tot pool, lap pool, and included various types of aquatic amenities. Each option compared project costs, programs, and opinions of revenue and expenses.
