The Health and Recreation Center (Building M) offers a unique fitness and recreational experience for students, faculty, staff, and the community. The newly renovated 135,000 sq. ft. facility offers an aquatics center, a four-court field-house, a suspended jogging track, fitness studios, cardio/strength areas, a 10,000 square foot fitness center, numerous fitness programs, and the NCH outpatient care center. The building is also home to the Harper Hawks Athletics, Kinesiology, and Health Education.
